In these sessions, participants can learn a range of meditations designed to help understanding of many aspects of life. These may include meditations on: breathing, creativity, grounding, health, love, peace and relaxation. Each week will be different. All the meditaions are designed to produce balance, happiness and fulfillment in our lives. Much of what has been availabke by The Awakening Network.
