We are a friendly and relaxed meditation group with no religious affiliation.

We adopt a simple approach, using our body and breath as ‘anchors’ to keep us in the

present. Our meditation practice is about ‘being’ rather than ‘doing’. We become aware of ourselves exactly as we are in the present moment, without judging our experience.

Everyone is welcome, whether you are an experienced meditator or a complete beginner.
